Affiliation

Zrim was a Jedi Padawan who was an acolyte of the Jedi Order and the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars.

Biography[edit | edit source]

A Force-sensitive, Zrim was educated at the Coruscant Jedi Temple to use the Force by the Jedi Order. When the Clone Wars erupted between the Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems, Zrim was selected as a Padawan and took up the rank of Commander in the Grand Army of the Republic.[1]

In 19 BBY, Padawan Zrim was stationed at the Temple and participated in the annual Apprentice Tournament overseen by Jedi Master Ilena Xan. During the competition, Zrim faced off against Padawan Flerp.[1]

Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]

In The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia Zrim's name is mistakenly combined with Padawan Flerp. In the novel, Yoda: Dark Rendezvous, the names of the pairs of Padawans that are about to duel each other are being called by Master Ilena Xan. Each pair is listed, surname only; i.e. "Flerp, Zrim." and "Page, Glip." Later Xan calls out, "Chizzik, Enwandung-Esterhazy," thus providing the reader with concrete evidence that only surnames were being used.
