327-T was a WED-15 Treadwell droid serving aboard the Republic Star Destroyer Tranquility. The droid disliked being called by his nickname, 327.
Biography[edit | edit source]
327-T was searching through the Tranquility's engine room during the Separatist boarding of the vessel to free Nute Gunray, but failed to notice Asajj Ventress dodging his view. When Ventress nearly completely destroyed the room, 327 was still inside, and was caught in the explosion. He was not destroyed, however, but merely trapped by falling debris. When Jedi Master Luminara Unduli and Padawan Ahsoka Tano sensed movement while tracking Ventress, they mistook him for her due to his movement. Luminara freed him and fixed his position on the ground before continuing pursuit.
Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]
The Treadwell droid's name is another conspicuous appearance of the digits "327", a recurring number in Lucas' productions.
